You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

We may restrict access where required by law or where we detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

MEVSYOU is a peer-to-peer prediction market platform. Users can create, discover, and participate in markets, stake on outcomes, invite others, earn referral and quest rewards, and interact with on-chain smart contracts through connected wallets or embedded accounts.

We provide software and interfaces only. We do not custody user funds, guarantee market outcomes, or act as a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

You may access the Platform using a self-custodial wallet, social login with an embedded wallet, or other supported authentication methods. You are solely responsible for safeguarding access to your wallet, device, and credentials.

• You must provide accurate profile information when requested.
• Activity performed through your connected wallet or authenticated session is attributed to you.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Market rules, deadlines, privacy settings, and settlement are defined by market creators, arbitrators where applicable, and on-chain logic. Once submitted, blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

You are responsible for reviewing market details before staking. MEVSYOU does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data used to resolve markets.

Network fees, gas, and third-party payment or on-ramp charges may apply. You authorize any transactions you sign or approve through your wallet. We may update Platform fees or reward structures with reasonable notice when practicable.

Referral links, quests, leaderboard points, and promotional rewards are offered at our discretion. We may change eligibility rules, amounts, or cancel programs to prevent abuse or comply with law.

Points and promotional balances have no cash value unless explicitly stated and have no guarantee of continued availability.

• Do not use the Platform for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or fraud.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape the service abusively, or interfere with other users.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Do not upload harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Do not use bots or automated systems in ways that degrade the Platform.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEVSYOU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nothing on the Platform is investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets and prediction markets involve risk, including total loss of staked value. You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEVSYOU and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or digital assets arising from your use of the Platform, smart contracts, or third-party services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
